This year I took a trip to Japan during peak Sakura season. Everywhere you looked, cherry trees lined the streets. It was incredible. There are many different varieties, some pink and others more white. With loose, impressionistic brush strokes and vibrant colors, this painting captures the magic of the sakura season.
